The President of the Nigeria Rescue Mission Organisation and former Buhari Youth Organisation leader, Dr. Jibril Mustapha, has called on former President Goodluck Jonathan to contest the 2027 presidential election.
In a statement issued Sunday in Lagos, Mustapha evinced that Jonathan’s leadership is needed now more than ever to unify and steer the nation towards stability and growth.
“As the nation prepares for the 2027 elections, the Nigeria Rescue Mission Organisation believes that now is the time for all stakeholders to come together and support a candidate who can genuinely represent the interests of all Nigerians,” he said.
Mustapha urged Jonathan to heed the growing calls for his return, portraying him as a figure capable of healing national divisions and fostering a brighter future.
