The Federal Governement of Nigeria has assured its citizens that a new National Air Carrier will be established soon.
The newly appointed permanent secretary of the ministry of aviation and aerospace development, Abubakar Kana revealed the development during the handing over ceremony organized by the ministry.
Abubakar stated on premise of President Bola Tinubu’s renewed hope agenda for the aviation sector that his goal in office is to revamp airport across the country and ensure that the air carrier begins operation soon.
Inspite of resource scarcity, Kana highlighted the need to embrace the private sector to support Nigeria’s Aviation Industry, and urged all agencies in the ministry to support the renewesd hope agenda of the President.
Kana also pledged unwavering support to the minister of aviation and aerospace development, Festus Keyamo in the actualisation of Nigeria’s National Carrier, as well as the upgrade of the airports across the country to international standard.
