Former Chelsea striker Didier Drogba has thrown his weight behind his former coach, José Mourinho, following allegations of racism against the Portuguese tactician.
Drogba, who played under Mourinho at Chelsea, dismissed the claims in a post on x handle today stressing that he has known Mourinho for 25 years and could vouch for his character.
Reacting to the controversy surrounding Mourinho’s alleged comments, Drogba however urged Galatasaray fans to focus on supporting their team rather than engaging in the debate.
