A group of women broadcasters in Oyo State has pledged to improve the status and welfare of female broadcasters across the region.
Led by their National President, Tolani Aladejana, the delegation outlined their vision during a courtesy visit to Adamimogo 105.1 FM, Ibadan. According to the group, they intend to empower women in the broadcasting industry and foster professional growth.
In response, the General Manager of Adamimogo FM, Joshua Adegbite, applauded the group’s mission, noting that it aligns with global standards for promoting women’s rights and professional equality.
The delegation also announced that the official inauguration of their forum will take place on October 9, 2025, marking a significant step toward their advocacy goals.
