Police intensify rescue efforts in Ondo State as some Armed men abduct seven travelers near Ipele community along Owo-Benin highway.
According to a source, the victims were coming from a state in the South-South region and heading for Akure, the State capital over the weekend when the incident occurred.
The initial number of those abducted, although initially uncertain, was clarified by the spokesperson for Ondo State Police Command, Funmilayo Odunlami, to be 7.
Odunlami also attested that the police have since swung into action to apprehend the hoodlums and rescue the victims without delay.
