President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has departed for the United Arab Emirates to participate in the 2025 Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW).
The president jetted out at 06:30pm today to attend the summit scheduled for January 12 to 18.
According to presidential spokesman, Bayo Onanuga, Tinubu’s planned trip to the Middle East is at the request of the President of the United Arab Emirates, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
The Summit will bring together global leaders to accelerate sustainable development and advance socioeconomic progress,” Onanuga added.
The event will also explore solutions to global challenges and enable policymakers, business, and civil society leaders to explore pathways to enhance the transformation to a sustainable economy and evolve a new era of prosperity for all.
