The suspended senator representing Kogi Central Senatorial District, Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, is set to appear in court on Tuesday, June 3 following a subpoena.

Her lead counsel, West Idahosa (SAN), confirmed the development on Sunday but expressed uncertainty about whether the Federal Government intends to arraign her on the scheduled date.

Regardless of the government’s plans, Idahosa stated that Akpoti-Uduaghan, as a law-abiding citizen, would comply fully with the court’s directives.
