A hospital in Beersheba, southern Israel, has been extensively damaged after being directly struck by an Iranian missile, further intensifying the ongoing conflict between the two nations.
The Soroka Medical Center, one of Israel’s major hospitals, suffered heavy structural damage, with emergency services confirming that over 30 people were injured in the attack.
The strike expalains the significant escalation in hostilities that have raged for nearly a week between Iran and Israel.
In response, the Israeli military launched counterstrikes deep into Iranian territory, reportedly targeting critical nuclear infrastructure, including the Arak heavy water reactor and the Natanz enrichment facility—both seen as key to Iran’s nuclear ambitions.
Meanwhile, in Washington, U.S. President Donald Trump has reportedly approved preliminary plans for a potential U.S. military strike on Iran, though he stopped short of a final commitment.
