President Bola Tinubu clocks 73 on Saturday, March 29.
However he will observe his 73rd birthday with a special prayer session at the National Mosque in Abuja on Friday.
The prayer session is intended to seek divine guidance for Nigeria’s peace, progress, and prosperity. Tinubu, whose birthday coincides with the holy month of Ramadan, will also use the occasion to express gratitude for the opportunity to lead the nation.
“On this significant day, the President will dedicate himself to spiritual reflection and supplication for Nigeria’s continued peace, progress, and prosperity,”.
He reflected that the decision to mark the occasion with prayers reflects his commitment to Nigeria’s spiritual and moral well-being. The President also invited Nigerians to join in the prayers from their places of worship, fostering a collective spirit of unity and shared destiny.
