Minister of Information and National Orientation, Alhaji Mohammed Idris, has stated that President Bola Tinubu is implementing bold and transformative reforms aimed at building a stronger Nigeria.
Speaking at the 2025 Ministerial Press Briefing in Abuja on Thursday, Idris explained government’s commitment to transparency and direct public engagement through these recurring briefings.
The event, organized by the Ministry of Information, served as a platform to provide firsthand insights into the administration’s policies and initiatives.
“Our country stands at a critical juncture as President Bola Tinubu implements reforms to lay the foundation for a new Nigeria,” Idris said. He acknowledged that such changes often come with initial hardships but maintained that their long-term benefits.
He noted that history has shown meaningful reforms require sacrifice and resilience, urging Nigerians to remain patient as the administration works toward economic stability and national progress.
The minister also reassured citizens that the government remains committed to keeping them informed and engaged in shaping the country’s future.
