Former UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya was left physically overwhelmed during a punishing workout session with retired US Navy SEAL and ultramarathon legend, David Goggins.

The ex-champ, known for his resilience inside the Octagon, was seen violently throwing up into a bin after taking a brutal blow during training.

In a teaser clip from the unreleased workout, Goggins can be heard yelling, “You still want to fight? You still want to be a champ?” Moments later, Adesanya—gasping and drained—is filmed retching, a raw and unfiltered glimpse into the intensity of the session.

The gut-wrenching training occurred just hours before Adesanya made a surprise appearance at WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas, where he joined UFC President Dana White for wrestling’s biggest night. The Nigerian-born New Zealander mingled with other sports icons, possibly signaling a new chapter in his already illustrious career.

Adesanya, 35, has long expressed his admiration for the WWE and hinted at stepping into the ring post-UFC. With the cross-pollination between the UFC and WWE becoming more frequent, fans are now speculating if The Last Stylebender might be testing the waters for a dramatic career shift.
